Türkiye İş Kurumu (İŞKUR) is Turkey's official state employment agency, the government body that licenses legal recruitment and oversees work permits. Because we hold an İŞKUR licence, your application, your documents and your placement are registered through official state channels and can be verified independently. It also means what we are not allowed to do: we cannot charge you a placement fee, we cannot send you abroad without a legal work permit, and we cannot place you outside a registered contract.

No minimum educational qualification has been imposed. However, candidates must be skilled in their field, possess minimum English communication skills, have the ability to work, and be willing to learn.
The official monthly net minimum wage in Turkey for 2026 is ₺28,075.50 (Gross: ₺33,030.00). We do not count salaries in USD because exchange rates fluctuate.
On top of the Turkish official minimum net wage (₺28,075.50), we also make sure our employees receive the following facilities (for hospitality industry roles only): Accommodation — shared standard rooms (max 4 per room), air conditioning & Wi-Fi. Meals & Uniforms — daily duty meals in the staff canteen, plus professional uniforms. Laundry & Transport — complimentary uniform laundry, employer transport if off-site.
Applications are subject to a rigorous multi-stage evaluation, including preliminary screening, internal assessments, and final interviews with our partner employers. Job offers and placement are officially confirmed only after successful completion of the selection process. Prospective employees are eligible to start work only after the issuance of the required Turkish residence and work permit. Following final selection, candidates are required to complete 1 month of mandatory hands-on pre-departure training at their own cost (delivered via our official learning app at www.training.egeonova.com).

This position is for a fixed term of 1 year, and renewal is subject to availability.
We do not handle consulate/embassy fees. Embassy fees are never refundable, regardless of whether a visa is issued or not. For other fees, please contact your agent.
Candidates will be issued by the Turkish authority a 1-year residence permit and work permit through the same decision, alongside an entry visa valid for 3 months. Upon arrival, the employer will facilitate the official 1-year dual residence and work permit card.
